The location was great as it was close to the main station. The staff were very helpful.

The apartment felt quite impersonal, a functional space without much warmth. The bathroom was small and quite basic. It lacked any real charm. I also found it difficult to use the shower without flooding the floor.

i was frustrated to find that the room's safe was locked upon arrival. additionally, the coffee machine was missing parts, so i couldn't use it. it took them over 3 hours to fix the safe. after waiting i was too tired to go to the city center.

The location proved excellent. It was near the train station and shopping areas. the staff assisted well during check-in! i found ample detergent, towels, and dish soap available.

i found the beds to be quite hard, which impacted my sleep. the cost of parking was also expensive, which should be considered

the reception offered very detailed information about the area, including where to go. we received better tips than from a guide. staff members were nice and helpful at the reception.

the kitchen had everything needed for a perfect stay. nearby supermarkets such as edeka provided convenient grocery options. the inclusion of a kitchen and dining area added extra value to our trip.

the location was acceptable, with access to various points of interest.

The cleanliness was not up to par. I found the extra duvet in the closet dusty and without a cover. the self check-in machine outside of reception hours was also inconvenient. I had to re-enter all my reservation details (a tedious process).
